| I asked question while back about Log PI tool, it did not get any replies but I found out it is no longer supported and developed. Now I would like some feedback about other tools that can help with log recovery. I heard about Lumigent, Red Gate and Apex SQL. Any more alternatives? Also I would like your feedback about customer support, pricing, updates, features etc.Thank you |

true, however getting to an object that was inadvertantly deleted by a developer in a 100GB database is a lot easier with log explorer. The alternative is time consuming.Along these lines, it would be cool if SQL server had an import/export function like Oracle does. Any chance of something like that ever being written?-ec |

Sadly I’m not a subscriber :( Have any other articles maybe that are public? I have checked these tools and found amazing that none support SQL2k5 yet. It’s been a while 2k5 is out and my company is among ones that will migrate to it soon. |
