This is really starting to get to me.

I created a SSIS package using the "Creating Packages Using the SQL Server Import and Export Wizard "

Saved it just fine to the server but WHERE the heck is it? I am using the Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio and I can not find it anywhere.

If I go into the Business Studio (which I think I will call BS ) I can see it but I do not want to run it from there.

It seems confusing to allow me to create the package in one tool and then not give me a means to view it using the same tool - ie Management Studio.

Is there a way to see the SSIS packages in the Management Studio? I must be missing something (besides my Enterprise Manager)

(oh and I have looked in the msdb database and do not see it there)

You can see them through Management Studio. You have to switch to SSIS. Sorry I don't have 2005/Mgt studio on this PC.
