| Dear all I am running Itanium server 64Bit on cluster Mode with Sql Server 2000 Sp4 64 BIT ia version ported. the itanimum has a 8gb of ram and 4 Processors.it has one instance and 3 databases. users connected about 200 Users. But the processor load is going about 100% in itanium where in xeon about 30% only on the same databsesThe database i copied from Xeon based server and ported on the itaminum server. In normal Xeon server takes 2 Minutes for indexing . In itanimum it is taking more than 4 Hours for the same table. Is any one can help with what sort of SP_configure script is advisible and best practices for itanumum server. Plesae give me some best practicesthanks in advancesregardsTamilveltamilve IT head |
