| hi all, this is my first post here in this forum , hope to find help. I need a way to force sql server to make backup of my database every specific period (every weak for example).Thanks in Advance |

| Hi... welcome to the forum. There are many ways to do thisthese are few(a) Create a maintenence plan and define all the backup and all other stuff there schedule it to run weekly(b) Create a Job which is scheduled to run in every week and in the setp include the backup script.Read Automated Administration How-to Topics in BOL (Books Online)Madhu |
