I am having trouble just connecting to my database.

I usually specify my connection like this:
Server: ClientSQL.definition6.com
Database: ClientQA
User: ClientDevAdmin
Password: **********

When I try to use ClearTrace, I get an error "cannot connect to this database server". Parameters: Server: ClientSQL.definition6.com, Database: ClearTrace

Any suggestions?

At this point ClearTrace only supports using a trusted connection to the database.
