| Here is my scenario.I am trying to create a table with the following fields and the this is how it should populate the table. So if a persom comes in to attend his first class, it should capture, the Class_Attend_Date, Place where he attended, if he is present for that class and the last column Class_Complete would be null for the first class. The last Column would be populated only once he completes four days of regular attendance as shown in the example. Can we create such a table structure?Claass_AttendDAte Place Present Class_Complete1/1/2007 man 1 null ---1st day1/2/2007 man 1 null ---2nd day1/3/2007 man 1 null ---3rd day1/4/2007 man 1 Yes ---4th dayPlease let me know if you have any questions.Your responses would be greatly appreciated. Thanks & Regards------------Abye |

| You might be better off creating some type of Option Table for the Class_Complete column and the Place column (numbers are easier to look up than strings). You should also include some type of StudentID to distinguish which student attended that day.Is this for some type of student tracking?--Nick |
