I am trying to instal SQL Server 2005 on Vista Home Premium. However, I get error message "setup has detected problem with .net framework installation and cannot proceed. Microsoft .net framework 2.0 is either not installed or is corrupt." When I try to instal .net framework 2.0, it gives message that the .net framework is already installed as part of operating system. When I checked in windows feature, i found .net framework 3.0 installed. I am unable
to understand the cause of error. Can anyone tell me what is the exact cause of problem and hence solution?
