| I would like to spend as much time as I can working on SQL projects but my daytime job doesn't exactly call for it. My end goal is to be MS SQL DBA certified and hands on skills will help me get there.Is there a website where I could offer my time and skills to work on SQL projects - DB design, scripting, development, admin, etc - I would offer my time and sklls for cheap or free in exchange for the experience.Thanks,-Allen |

| I don't know any one can offer job to get your experience but you can spend more time reading BOL, and forum like this and www.microsoft.com/sql and sql mag etc....Install developer edition on your laptop or desktop and practive as much as you can before you take sql dba job.MohammedU |
