I'll be starting a job soon as a data analyst at an insurance company. They've just started a formal QA department, and my responsibility will be to design and implement a system to deal with bad data coming from several sources to the data warehouse. It's an all Microsoft setup, currently with SQL 2000, but that will change to 2005 in the next couple of months.

I have experience writing stored procedures, working with packages, and am good at troubleshooting. But, I've never designed a QA system from the ground up before, and am looking for some good reading material.

Doing a quick search, I found these two books from Amazon. Good place to start, or should I look at others?
