| When processing my very large cube, after 6 hours, the service dies and the ASCMD returns an error saying it can't find the server / service. The rest of the server is fine and I just have to restart the Service. But the ASCMD keeps killing the service. Can anyone offer some ideas of when I should be looking?Windows Server 2003 SP14GB RAM4 CPUMany thanks in advance,Richard. |

| Do you see any other error in error log and event viewer logs?Also confirm the level of service pack on SQL ASAS, it could be a problem with dimensions and also you might run a trace at the same time to see the underline events.Satya SKJSQL Server MVPhttp://www.sqlserver-qa.net |
