Using the RESTORE command? Or perhaps I'm missing something?

The Restore Statemeent is not working for Transaction Backup with Norecovery option , since i don;t have the sequence of transaction backup.I have lost MSDB .

I have done the Compleat Backup Restore, now I having the Transactional Backup file ,This Tran.File is basically comprises of more than Ten Transaction Backup Taken in NOINIT mode.
Then how do i will get the Sequence of Transaction Backup. I don;t have multiple transaction backup files for multiple transaction backup done.Since all the Tran.backup sequence maintain by MSDB and i have lost my MSDB.

Please help me.
