Hi I am trying to help out the guys in my I.T team at work they want to create a form for any support requested that come in with a button that automatically sends the user a E-mails telling then there request is being dealt with and gives them a reference number.

We are using Access 2003 and Microsoft outlook 2003

I have searched the web but as of yet have not found a coding solution to this I have basic knowleage in creating forms with access as I have done a HNC in computing.

any help/guidance will be well appricated.

You are not going to find a ready-made solution that does exactly what you want, tailored to your specific needs, on the web. You will need to take information from some of those links on the above page and put it together with some programming knowledge, and the specific requirements of your situation.

And in general, members of forums like this one will not write your program for you for free. Their time is valuable. They will gladly suggest approaches, and give help with specific questions/sticking points, even hold your hand (virtually, of course! ;-), but they will not do your work for you.

Have a look at those links, try some coding, and come back when you get stuck or need specific advice.
