| I'm trying to create an excel document with a pivot table to view a cube in analysis services. I can create and browse the cube, but when i hand it off to another user she is prompted for login information and then the connection fails with a dialogue box that says "Unable to open connection. Unauthorized"The user has public access to the sql server and i also added her in analysis services "database role manager" for the cube.Are there any other permissions needed?The excel doc was created as follows:Select External DataSourceOLAP Cubes tabMicrosoft OLEDB Provider for OLAP Services 8.0Connect -> Analysis Server (Name of server) select cube name |
