| Im trying to install SQL 2000 developer on my xp pro machine. I have ran all the updates SP2..etc...etc. I come to the point where it trys to install mdac and i get this error "Installation of the Microsoft Data Access Components package failed (-1)"I tried doing a search before i posted this question but i couldn't find anything. Is it possible to roll back the mdac version or just skip that part of the install???? any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your timeScott |
