I just made the dumbest move, i created an update database feature and forgot to include the where key clause... and just overwrote my entire table.... is there anyway to bring that info back? (and i dont have it backed up either... i know very dumb!!!)

If you dont have a backup theres nothing much that can be done..

I have no experience with this sort of thing, but can't use use lumigent's log explorer or similar tools to go back? assuming you are running in full recovery mode that is.
