What are the real-life limitations of Access 2k as an internet database?

Hello!

We are running a small site (just a few thousand hits a day).
It has a couple(10-15) of ASP pages that access an Access 2k
database. No transactions or anything fancy. Some of the
pages do inserts, the others are clean SELECTS, but up to
10 queries a page.
The tables have been reasonably normalized.
Now, we are expecting an influx in traffic. How urgent is it to
upgrade to SQL Server/Oracle ? Our servers are fast enough, I am
just slightly worried about the database. What are the real life
problems with Access 2k ? The FAQs I have seen just vaguely
states that "Access is not an internet database" etc. What
are the real problems with it ?

Any answers will be greatly appreciated.
Erik
