hi,

I need to connect my Local Database from SQL Server to the Web Database.
I need to know what all things to be done for completing this process. Some one please please help me with this.

Ad if this information is not enough, please do ask me any question regarding this and iam ready to answer them.

One more thing, iam not that familiar with SQL Server 2000 but i can manage to do things.

So please do help me on this.

Web Database means , Its the Sql DB provided by the web hosting service.... there are two option 1) u can make ur own database and upload any data to the web or 2) connect any DB from any Local server through an IP. But wht difficulty iam facing is that i cannot connect through the IP. How should this be done ???? do we have to port forward the IP by configuring the router ??? Please advice .....

You have to ensure posting company let you connect to their sql server directly.
