There is a table in which has about 10,000,000 records.
I want to move last column to second position but got error.
How to fix it?

How does position of a column in a table matter? If your application is dependent on the position of the columns in the table, then you have a very bad design, I have to say. Are you doing "SELECT * FROm.."

Can you explain more details of why would you want to "move" the column from last position to 2nd?

Create a view for the Access users to link to.

Or just tell them to deal with it the way it is.
