Hello All,

I can't find my old question from yesterday. I have found out that I will have access to the sql servers.

I need to get information like the following:

Machine type
CPU count, type, speed
Physical memory
Physical storage
Fiber-card?
Hard-end-of-life
Owner
LOB name LOB - Line of Business
LOB customer

Version
How many instances

and other information.

Will I need to use O-SQL and use the command line feature or is there a better way to to do this.

I do remember Tara saying that I can get the first four items from the registry. But today I have found out that I will have remote connections to these servers where I need to get this information.

Any help out there is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Kurt
