Basically this is what I have to work with and this is what I'm looking for...

ColA ColB ColC
1 MARKETING Adobe Acrobat
2 MARKETING Cisco VPN
3 MARKETING Citrix ICA
4 Human Res MS Office
5 Human Res Symantec

Need it to Look like below,
1 Marketing Adobe Acrobat CiscoVPN Citrix
2 Human Res Office Symantec

You need a CSV concatenating function.
