How can I convert a Ms Access DateSerial function to specify a date dynamic for the current year and select a specific date?
i.e. Access version DateSerial(Year(date()),1,31) for Current year and Jan. 31st.

Year(Getdate() ) will give you current year. Not sure what DateSerial does.
