How do i change column value to row

Example:

from
123,515,612,845,525,321

to
123
515

Yes

Many things this weekend.

Lamaze class, fixing the car, fixing the house, fixing the cats.
We are also throwing a party next weekend for our friends to come visit our new house.
A lot of planning, my girlfriend thinks.

I am a lot more relaxed. I believe in putting a keggar on the table and some snacks will do.
