| Check job schedule for start time, check job history for duration. Read books online for those. |

| I find it strange that siva's profile lists SQL Server DBA as occupation. siva, if you really are a DBA or are planning on becoming one then you need to look for these answers in BOL first. A DBA, or any skilled SQL person, does not post beginner type questions here without consulting the documentation first.
