Where would you like to implement the drop down list?
It is not clear what you want.

Please elaborate.

You can't in Microsoft SQL Server. However, this is possible in Microsoft Access.

A drop down list is not a basic feature in a back end product. The only reason Access has this is because it is not a true database product, it has it's own forms etc..

SQL Server is a true database product in that no front end programming features are included, it is more concerned with storing and retrieving data as fast as possible.

Whereabouts in the UK are you based? If you are looking for a junior role, be prepared to travel as they do not come up too often. The best sites to look for roles are jobserve and Totaljobs.

Other than this, read the books and forums to learn.

For a SQL Developer, T-SQL, SSIS, RS as well as a good grounding in Database Design.
