 how to give the grant on store procedures

hello i am new to sql server 2000.

i am one of the user of database and in that user i created store procedures.

now i want to create another user and give that user to permission of excute all my proceudres and i also give him privillages such a way that user can also modify my procedures...

so can u assist me on that...

Give him db_owner?

i can not give him db_owner because than user will have all access and he can drop the tables also

For ALTER permissions you can do

GRANT ALTER ON <procname> TO <userName>
