Is there any option in SQL Server Management studio where we can change the display language or the language depends on the CD we are installing

Thanks for the link.But thats for displaying system Messages.
I was asking for the general langauge settings,to showup everything in language of our choice.
Is there anything available?

OS language-German,I have SQL2005 english version CD.Will all the SQ
L Management Studio display be in german.
