Hi

In my database :
.mdf file size = 209 mb
.ldf file size = 3739 mb

Pls guide how to control the .ldf file size.

for .ldg autogrowth is given only 10%

take log backup of the database.

If you don't want to backup and you just want to truncate the inactive part , BACKUP LOG pubs WITH TRUNCATE_ONLY

In that case, better to set db to simple recovery mode.
