| Hi,How can I tell if SQL Server 2000 is installed on my local machine ? I have Enterprise Manager and Query Analyzer installed, are they part of the server install ?Thanks,J. |

| Jeff,You should have an icon for SQL Server 2000 in your task tray (the area with the little icons on the right of the taskbar). Also, you can check to see if the SQL Server service is running (Control Panel->Administrative Tools->Services). |
